Four people arrested after search warrant served at Muncie home in connection with Indy missing persons case

MUNCIE, Ind. – Police in Muncie arrested four people on drugs and theft charges while serving a search warrant  in connection with an investigation into a missing persons case out of Indianapolis.

The search warrant was served in the 500 block of E Streeter Ave on Wednesday morning. The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department is the lead investigating agency, and they were assisted by the Muncie PD and the FBI. Four people were arrested at the home.

Michelle Brown was arrested for dealing a controlled substance, theft, possession of a narcotic drug, and maintaining a common nuisance. Investigators say she stole $7,000 from a woman’s bank account.

De’Aundre Twilley was arrested for dealing a controlled substance, possession of a narcotic drug, and maintaining a common nuisance.

Marquese Bell and Eric Newton were arrested for visiting a common nuisance.

IMPD detectives confirm the search is in connection with an investigation into a missing persons case out of Indianapolis.
