Judge rules man accused of killing IMPD Officer Perry Renn incompetent to stand trial

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – A judge has ruled accused cop killer Major Davis Jr. incompetent to stand trial.

Four psychologists and psychiatrists testified last month after evaluating Davis, and all four of them told the judge he was incompetent.

According to testimony from the doctors, Davis has a history of mental illness. He has been documented as telling family and friends that he’s tormented by demons, he’s deeply suspicious of the world, and that he could be considered a conspiracy theorist.
