Man in IMPD officer home attack pleads guilty

INDIANAPOLIS – The man accused of shooting at an Indianapolis police officer’s home and car in 2016 plead guilty to unlawful possession of a firearm Monday.

IMPD officials said March Ratney agreed to a plea that would put him in prison for 11 years from his July 2016 arrest.

Ratney was accused of shooting at the home of an IMPD officer on the city’s near-east side.
